This is a huge problem and possibly the biggest problem we face as a nation at the moment. The government and other celebrities are committed to improving the nutritional 'guidelines' and 'advice' that is being put out there, yet it is just another tickbox on their 'to do' list.

For folks like Jamie Oliver, I honestly believe he means well, he is a powerful force and consistently puts himself in the firing line, but if he is out there promoting more low fat, high carb, grain based dieting, then the science would indicate his also, unwittingly, part of the problem.

How do we educate these people? How would we as a movement, the Paleo movement bring this to the attention of people like Jamie Oliver who then, can take this message forward to a wider audience.

It's an interesting question and not one I have an answer for but it does put the work of Lauren Cordian, Robb Wolf, Mark Sisson and particularly Matt Lelonde into perspective as they try to find a way to prove the Paleo science and allow the movement to take this mainstream.

There is a wind of change a' blowing, lets all try and be part of it. :)
